Cancellation Policy

Clients that are scheduled per session can cancel anytime up to 24 hours of your session time and receive full refund. If cancelled less than 24 hours of your scheduled session time clients will forfeit any refund. **For clients who are in a longterm plan you will have up to 24 hours before the first session to cancel and receive full refund. If your plan begins and you cancel within 1/4 of your plan then you will receive a 60% refund. If you cancel after completing between 1/4 - 1/2 of your plan you will receive a 40% refund. If you cancel anytime after completing 1/2 of your plan you will not receive a refund.
